CORINTH OGLESBY

Corinth Oglesby, the reigning Miss Black Indiana USA 2024, is a 24-year-old full-time student currently pursuing her studies at Ivy Tech Community College. Graduating from Kokomo High School in 2017, Corinth is majoring in business management and administration, driven by her passion for leadership and organizational skills.

Her platform revolves around embracing the unique personalities, identities, and abilities of African American women. Corinth aims to bridge the gap to the parts of African American culture that are often overlooked or suppressed due to stereotypes. She is dedicated to breaking down barriers and empowering individuals to embrace their true selves.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and personal growth, Corinth is always eager to learn and expand her horizons. She believes in the power of education and strives to make a positive impact in her community through her advocacy and leadership.

Outside of her academic pursuits, Corinth finds joy in spending time with her friends and family, who serve as her foundation and support system. She values the connections she has built and cherishes the moments spent with loved ones.

Corinth's commitment to personal and collective growth, coupled with her genuine passion for advocating for change, makes her a true leader and inspiration within the Miss Black Indiana USA organization.

At the 2024 Miss Black USA pageant in Washington D.C., Corinth Oglesby landed in the top 5, placing 4th Runner-Up. This landed Indiana one of its highest placements in the last 10 years.
